Scope of Works
Our turnkey fit-out included:
Full strip-out and preparatory works within a heritage building
Structural adaptations and ceiling coordination with MEP services
Bespoke joinery, including custom bar counters, booth seating, and feature wall panelling
Installation of specialist lighting and decorative finishes to achieve Mildreds’ signature ambience
Integration of back-of-house kitchen and service areas, designed for operational efficiency
Final decoration, flooring, and signage in line with the client’s brand guidelines
Each element was carefully planned to ensure seamless delivery within a tight central London programme, coordinating with multiple contractors and suppliers.
