Listed Buildings

We have extensive experience with working on listed building fit-outs - most recently working on Chicheley Hall - and getting it right is all in the planning. Preparing for your listed building fit-out requires a delicate approach. There are key differences to be aware of for Grade I and Grade II, but we can guide you through the process with English Heritage, getting consent for your works and navigating what you can and can’t do.

We can work with your designer, or connect you with one, to deliver your vision,  including resource and financial planning, scheduling your work, full project management, quality control, health & safety compliance throughout, and value engineering.
