Our approach is ‘hands on’ so you’ll see and hear from us regularly - we’ll be one close-knit team working to meet your goals every step of the way.
We know how important it is that your project is completed to budget, on time, and we will work tirelessly to make sure that happens. Plus, we won’t take on a job we can’t deliver.
Defining The Brief
First things first, let’s have a conversation about what you’re looking for. Ideally, you’ll come to us with a vision of what you want to achieve, plus you’ll have a designer on board who’s completed your fit out plan. Don’t worry if not though, we work with a lot of designers and can connect you with the right person for the job.
Pricing the Job
We know how important it is for you to get an accurate feel for cost before you make a decision on working with us. So, we take great care pricing every individual element of your fit out, to build a bespoke budget according to your plan, that covers all aspects of your build and project management.
Getting Started
Once you’ve signed off your plan and budget, it’s time to get started, with a face-to-face meeting for all stakeholders; client, designer, our ecsec team, and any other suppliers. We call this the pre-start meeting, and throughout your project we’ll get together like this weekly to ensure your project stays on track.

Creating a safe work environment for our clients, team and all individuals involved in our work is of the utmost importance to us and we take Health & Safety seriously on every project we undertake.
