ECSEC Ltd were appointed to deliver the complete interior fit-out of Grainger & Co Marylebone, one of London’s most recognisable all-day dining destinations. Working in close collaboration with the client and design team, ECSEC brought to life an elegant and inviting space that reflects the Grainger & Co brand’s signature aesthetic, a blend of natural warmth, modern detailing, and relaxed sophistication.
The Marylebone site presented unique challenges typical of central London hospitality projects, including restricted access, acoustic considerations, and coordination of specialist finishes. Through meticulous planning and a proactive approach, ECSEC ensured seamless project delivery on programme and to the highest standards.
Scope of Works
Our works encompassed a turnkey fit-out solution, including:
Full strip-out and preparatory works to the existing structure
MEP coordination and installation, integrated discreetly within the design concept
Bespoke joinery packages, featuring handcrafted bar fronts, shelving, and banquette seating
Installation of feature lighting, flooring, and decorative wall treatments
Kitchen and back-of-house fit-out, optimised for functionality and operational flow
Final decoration and handover, ensuring all finishes matched Grainger & Co’s refined brand palette
