Contracts Manager

We have a strong order book and we’re forecasting continued growth at ecsec, so we’re looking for a full time Contracts Manager to join our team.

The role

The successful applicant will have experience in delivering high end, large scale, fast track projects within the food & beverage fit out sector. The role will require you to develop positive working relationships with clients and staff and be motivated to work on your own initiative. Working closely with the ecsec team, you will be delivering exciting projects from tender award right through to handover to the client, plus overseeing the management of post-handover client expectations. As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the project from labour management to procurement and cost control.

What we expect from you

Due to the nature of the fit out sector the successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to all projects undertaken. As such, some travel and overnight stays will be required to fulfil your role. You will need to be organised, driven, and have an exceptional attention to detail. A comprehensive knowledge of MS Office programmes including excel, word and projects will be required too.
